It’s a task that needs constant attention, and you most likely do not have time to take care of this. That’s why we propose that we take care of the task instead of you. If you take advantage of our Optional Admin Services package, we will be keeping a constant eye on your virtual server and all the processes running on it. That way you’ll have much more time for your web sites or applications.

Weekly Backups

Creating a backup of a VPS Hosting Plan is not the easiest process in this world. You will either need to use some other server or your desktop computer, or rely on a 3rd–party tool. Our company offers a far simpler and easier option with our Optional Admin Services offer. We will make a complete backup of your Virtual Private Server once a week, so you never have to be afraid of permanently losing any essential data. Plus, we can retrieve a backup copy very quickly. All backups we make are stored on a special machine with a RAID array of hard drives, so if anything happens to any part of your stored web content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Having a VPS Hosting Plan, you will have total freedom to run any kind of script or service on your server. Yet, a part of the scripts are harder to run and might require some additional configuration from you. That is where our Optional Admin Services package will come in real handy. It includes thirty minutes of installation & troubleshooting procedures – which means you will be able to literally hire one of our skilled server administrators for thirty minutes and have him help you with the installation process of any software application that you want. And/or have him fix a trouble that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services deal comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Hosting Plans and is an add–on for our KVM VPS Hosting Plans.
